The employee needs to be in management position or have specialized skills. We have helped thousands of entrepreneurs and companies obtain this visa. Our experience has helped us develop very strong understanding on how best to obtain the E category visa. Below are some important points we would like to share on this visa category. Basic Requirements and Suggestions
- S. enterprise must at least be 50% owned by treaty national
- Investment of US$250,000 recommended
- Have U.S. W-2 employees for the Treaty Employee to manage
Pointers to Success
- S. enterprise should already be operational, not just in the planning stage
- S. enterprise should be profitable, or have convincing evidence to suggest that it will be imminently profitable, to avoid the business being marginal
